Project 3: Global Mentorship Program
Our mentorship programs were supervised by native German teachers. Most sessions were conducted online to reach a global audience, while we also offered local, country-specific mentorship programs. I also financed some meal supports to make the mentors and students happier during their mentorship sessions 👌

Project 7: Bring a Friend Program
Project 8: Donations to Medical frontliners in Philippines
During COVID-19, we donated a portion of our business profits to support the nurses and medical frontliners across hospitals in the Philippines. Many of our students are nurses, so this donation drive was a meaningful way to give back to the medical community by providing essential protective equipment, such as masks, gloves, and protective gowns.

British MBA Credential
Erica holds an MBA with Merit, comparable to an Upper Second-Class Honours degree, from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. Her postgraduate business research dissertation focused on her entrepreneurial experience in optimising Facebook advertising cost-efficiency.
FB Ads Cost-Efficiency Optimisation Study
As part of her MBA degree, Erica conducted a case study analysing her business’s Facebook advertising campaigns. The study aimed to identify the most cost-efficient ads and examine the creative themes and approaches associated with stronger advertising performance.
It also analysed how these themes related to key advertising metrics, including Cost Per Result, reach, and frequency, and assessed how the findings could inform future creative testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation in Facebook advertising for international student recruitment.

World Championship Tournament Player
Erica’s unique inspiration for building global teams goes back to her experience as a World Championship Scrabble player at the 6th World Youth Scrabble Championship (WYSC) in Malaysia in 2011, where she represented her country on the international tournament.
During the world championship, she met players from across Asia, Western Europe (including the UK), South Africa, and the Middle East. Although they were competing against each other, Erica genuinely enjoyed getting to know them, making friends, and learning about different cultures and backgrounds. Some of those friendships have lasted to this day, and a few of those friends are still her besties❤️
The unique experience of representing her country, competing at a world championship, and building friendships with people from all over the world left a lasting impression on Erica. It inspired her to dream of building her own international business and eventually expanding it globally.
As she grew older, that same love for connecting with people from different cultures developed into a passion for building global teams and communities.
Beyond inspiring her global ambitions, the world championship experience also helped shape who she is today. Her strong character, mental resilience, and ability to handle extreme pressure that she developed while competing at the highest level of competition played an important role in her later career success.
TL;DR: Once you make it to a World Championship tournament, there’s no going back. International success becomes your baseline.
